Make sure to quit all Adobe Creative Cloud applications and terminate all CC processes before running the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool. Download the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to remove the current installation of the Creative Cloud desktop app. I've tried the uninstall process and the cleaner program, but there are some files the CC cleaner hangs on, I get the spinning beachball and it never finishes. I've tried to look at the CC log to determine the problem the AppletRelInfoRecords seems to cause fatal error, not sure what to do about tha.

Getting started with Creative Cloud
To install Acrobat or Creative Cloud on a user’s dedicated machine, please provide the user's primary University Computing Account (@pitt.edu) when the software is purchased in the Software Store on PantherExpress. For those with last year’s version of Adobe Creative Cloud installed, you do not need to uninstall this version.
- Go to Software Download Service
- In the “Search Software” field type Creative Cloud Enterprise, then click Search.
- Choose the Windows or Mac version.
- Follow the online instructions to complete the download.
To install the software on a shared machine or in a lab environment, please provide the username “labinstall” when the software is purchased in the Software Store on PantherExpress. Then install the software from the software download site or purchase the software on either a USB key or a CD for Acrobat.
